For me, like one of the single line drawings of Picasso. A wonderfully free, but not arbitrary rythmic structure, combined with the concision of a great Haiku. A tiny masterpiece; it is modern in its minimality and asymmetries and should have been set to music by Anton von Webern. I will probably set it, thinking of Herr v. W.
