Dear Chairman Rushing and Ms. Long,

I am writing to you to request that you take immediate action to stop
the sale of UNUM insurance products in the State of Massachusetts.  I am
enclosing a copy of the Legislative Act submitted by Sharon Simone in
conjunction with her state representatives.  In it she details some of
the abuse she has endured at the hands of her insurance company.

I have conducted an extensive investigation of UNUM's claims practices
in the last year and a half.  I now have ample evidence to prove that
they are engaging in racketeering and extortion.  If you will carefully
read the enclosed "Indictment of UNUM Insurance Company"  I have
prepared you will see that there is collusion with the regulatory
agencies meant to prevent this type of activity, especially Linda
Ruthardt's Department of Insurance and the Attorney General's Insurance
Fraud Bureau.  I can provide you with copies of and of  the exhibits
referred to herein.

UNUM is in deep trouble as I am sharing this information with law firms
all across the country who will no doubt be acting on my theories in the
near future.

I want to take this opportunity to DEMAND that the State Legislature
take immediate action to stop any further sales of UNUM Insurance in the
Commonwealth until my allegations have been thoroughly investigated.

The evidence is overwhelming and UNUM will be ill equipped to handle the
upcoming onslaught of RICO litigation.
