   Subject: Healthwatch still soliciting names for
            Class Action - UNUM/Provident

Supposedly this is recent. I sent them lots of information but just got back one of the "Don't call us, We'll call you" letters. So I don't know what's going on. I've heard they are cherry picking (looking for non-ERISA cases in California). But it might be worthwhile to get your name to these people just in case they do decide to do a class action.
