Marty Goldstein heads a NY group called
   
        CITIZENS AGAINST UNFAIR INSURANCE PRACTICES.
   
   The group has just gotten a bill through NY Assembley, (106 to 11),
   designed to protect victims of unfair insurance tactics.  This bill
   provides for punatative, compensatory, and legal recompense to victims
   cheated by insurance companies.
   
   His bill covers all insurers active in NY State.  This is the kind of
   legislation we need enacted in every state to protect insureds and it
   could set an invaluable precedent.
   
   In order to get the bill fully enacted, Mr. Goldstein needs help:
   
   Any current or past adjuster from any company operating in NY, he needs
   to speak with you in strictest confidence and promises anonymity.
   
   Victims of unfair practices in NY, please send him your story.
