Subject: Judge Reverses Own Decision on Insurance Market Conduct Surveys

Editor:

Sacramento Superior Court Judge Joe S. Gray needs to disclose
immediately all money, if any, he has received at any time from the
insurance industry, including but not limited to State Farm Insurance;
20th (now 21st) Century Insurance; Allstate Insurance; Farmers Home
Mutual Insurance; Farmers Insurance Exchange; NAIFA (National
Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) and CAIFA (California
Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors). Judge Gray's abrupt
reversal of his own entirely sound ruling is so sudden it's scary.
There is something really wrong with this picture and
the people of California deserve to know what it is.
