Sorry about the mixup.
Please go to this website and sign their Managed Care Reform petition
that specifies the ability to sue the people making the decisions.
(Yes I know the "bad" bill was already passed but let's not give up)
By the way, for some reason this site requires you to sign in. It's not
a trick guys, just some bad Website designing on their part.
All you have to do is put in your name, E-mail address and zipcode to
get in. Then on the next page, the link to the Petition is at the top
of the page. Hopefully they will remedy this situation as I feel that
having to sign in before you even get to read what the website is about
will deter many people from even entering.
Of course I'm not sure how we can compete with insurance companies that
hire telemarketers to do their petitions and phone calls and have lots
of "soft" money to "influence" politicians. But until we come up with a
better idea, at least Patient Advocacy has made it relatively easy for
us to get our names on a petition. It takes exactly 2 minutes to fill
in this petition (depending on the speed of your computer).
