A true copy of the State Farms' reply brief in the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals to our Appeal Brief. As in their pleadings in District Court, the legal and factual substance of our pleadings go completely ignored. The District Court chose to ignore the law and facts of our pleading, parroted State Farms' pleadings and dismissed us with prejudice. I smell judicial corruption in district court, and I wonder if we will be similarly ignored in the 4th Circuit.
