             Plaintiffs William C. Hammel and Alan J. Bellamente Pro Se,

        move the Court for an emergency continuance of seven (7) weeks

	beginning April 30, 2000, in order that Plaintiffs Bellamente may

	have, and recuperate from, a spinal surgery that has been delayed

	for six months.


	     Submitted also, as a Memorandum in Support of this Motion is

	last numbered paragraph of Plaintiffs' Objections to the

	Magistrate's Memorandum and Recommendation.


             A proposed Order accompanies this motion.
