SHORT CAPTION: HAMMEL v STATE FARM
Plaintiffs William C. Hammel and Alan J. Bellamente Pro Se,
move the Court pursuant to Rule 15(a) of F.R.C.P. for an Order
to amend their complaint. New evidence has been obtained by
Plaintiffs, even as late as January 15, 2000, all of which has
not yet been reviewed nor studied. Plaintiffs respectfully submit
their proposed amended complaint with attachments and exhibits
together with a Response to Defendants Motion to Dismiss and in
the Alternative to Stay. Submitted also, is a Memorandum in
Support of this Motion To File An Amended Complaint.
A proposed Order accompanies this motion.
